     At the end of this Program, the participants will:

• Know the business ethics and work values advocated by CPh.
• Recognize how CPh values are put into practice as stated in the Code of Conduct.
• Understand how the Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards of the company and the accountability of each individual.



2. Business Communication Enhancement Seminar
      At the end of this Program, the participants will:

• Develop more efficient writing processes.
• Able to improve one’s ability to accurately and clearly transmit message to the intended audience in the most acceptable manner.
• Develop oral communication skills to enhance impact and effectiveness.


3. Effective Presentation Skills Workshop
     At the end of this Program, the participants will:

• Acquire practical skills and knowledge on effective presentation.
• Develop confidence to express themselves clearly during different presentation/speaking situations.

• Learn presentation techniques.



4. Understanding & Managing Millennial’s & Gen Z
      Course participants in Understanding & Managing Millennial’s & Gen Z are Group Leaders up to Manager Level.
      Objectives are (you may revise or add objectives to fit into your course outline):

• To understand and appreciate the personality profile of Millennial & Gen Z Workforce and what makes them different from the others.
• To know motivational factors that inspires and drive millennial & Gen Z work performance.
• To know the managerial barriers in engaging with the millennial’s & Gen Z
• To learn better ways for effective leading and managing millennial’s & Gen Z
• How to bridge the gap between employees from different generations



5. Leadership Development seminar
      At the end of this Program, the participants will be able:

• Learn about the different leadership competencies that will help the participants to become more effective as leaders.
• To discover ways to improve and align themselves with Chiyoda’s Mission, Vision, and Values.



6. Time and Stress Management
      At the end of this Program, the participants will be able:

• Give participants the skills in managing their time and activities effectively, to enable them to manage stress and maintain work-life harmony.
• To learn practical productivity principles.
